She is survived by: her daughter Charlene Grizzle (Wendell); her grandson Ethan Johnson (Kiana); her stepgrandchildren, Wyatt and Alexis Grizzle; her great grandchildren, Isabella Lynn and Cody Vaughan Johnson; her siblings, Frank Roark (Judy), Phillip Roark, Dempsey Roark (Judy) and Frances Hunt; and her caregiver Victoria Roark. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
