It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Minnie Frances Minton (Saltville, Virginia), who passed away on February 1, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert L. Pauley and Lucy Talbert Pauley; her husband Curtis Minton, Sr.; her son Curtis "Dubby" Minton, Jr.; and her sister Ella Ruth Christoff.
She is survived by: her daughters, Frances Johnson (Claude) of Florida, Senah Snider (Ronnie) of Marion, VA, Donna Hayden (Charlie) of Saltville, VA and Sandy Surber of Saltville, VA; her daughter-in-law Sandy Minton of Glade Spring, VA; her grandchildren, Bobby Johnson, Curtis Johnson, Rebekah Jolly-Pippin, BJ Snider, Joyce James, Rebecca Minton, Denise Ellis, Angie Dickerson, Nikki Keesee, Katie Binner and Nathan Surber; her brothers, William Pauley (Charlotte) of Ashland, VA and Charles Pauley (Kathy) of Saltville, VA; and her granddaughter Vanessa Tolbert-Erelino (Nyoka Taylor). She is also survived by twenty five great-grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the D. R. Henderson Funeral Home (148 E Main St, Saltville, VA 24370). A graveside service was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Elizabeth Cemetery (1036 E Main St, Saltville, VA 24370).
