Hughes (Mindie) of Saltville; her grandchildren, Skyler Hughes and Baylee Smith; and her siblings, Curtis Surber (Sally) of Marion, Wayne Surber of Saltville, Linda Shuler of Marion and Mavis Harris (Dexter) of Marion. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
