She was predeceased by: her son Maynard Arville Roark; her parents, Martin Douglas and Sarah Wanita Allison; and her son-in-law Joe Pigg. She is survived by: her spouse Leslie Leon Roark; her daughter Lesley Sue Pigg; her grandchildren, William Boyd Blevins Jr. (Lauren) and Deidre Sara Blevins; and her friend Tyler James Leonard. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
