She is survived by: her husband Raymond M. Buchanan Jr.; her children, Big Tom Buchanan (Sandy) and Rachel Buchanan; her grandchildren, Tisha Briggs (Eddie), Stacy Taylor and Bo Buchanan (Desiree); her great grandchildren, Kayla Carrier, Dyson Briggs, Olivia Briggs, Tommi Lane Buchanan, Kain Buchanan and Jade Mathis; her siblings, Janice Perkins (Glen), Jim Carter (Mary Emma) and John Carter; her siblings-in-law, Lois Buchanan and Preston Buchanan; her close friends, Jean Somervell, Joy, Jack Cole, Lynn Campbell, Louise Clark, Judy Carter, Sue Brickey, David Buchanan and Lex Van Den Berghe; and her niece Amy Carter. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
