She was predeceased by: her parents, John Olinger and Carrie Olinger; her siblings, Charles, John, Donald Olinger, Betty Jernigan and Dorothy Clear; and her daughter Amy Michelle Carter.
She is survived by: her husband Jim Carter; her daughter Cathy Roberts; her grandchildren, Jessica Kopp (Taylor), Christopher and Peyton Roberts; her great grandchildren, Hudson and Henley Kopp; and her siblings, Robert D. Olinger, Polly Sue Woodward, Ruby Olinger, Shirley Olinger, Carol Davis and Brenda Hancock. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
