She is survived by: her husband Carl Chapman; her daughters, Ginger Moore, Allen Moore of Ceres, Sarah Chapman and Kenny Rhea of Saltville; her grandchildren, Madison Tuggle, Jarrett Tuggle and Ayrwin Terry; her sister Martha Cook of Glade Spring; and also Steve Cook of Glade Spring. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
