He was predeceased by: his wife Hazel Doane Tilson; his parents, Claude Tilson and Kate Tilson; and his siblings, Paul Moore, Lola Davenport and Rosaella Barrett.
He is survived by: his siblings, Roger Tilson (Sandy) and Kay Johnston; and his brother-in-law Doug Barrett. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
