She was predeceased by: her husband John Tuggle; her daughter Sue McNew; and her son-in-law Fred. She is survived by: her granddaughter Holly McNew of Gray, TN; her sisters, Martha Werback (John) of Abingdon, MD and Minnie Mathews (Don) of Belair, MD; her caregiver Sandra Crewey; and her niece Sue Snow Miller of Chilhowie, VA..
