It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katherine Carter Hogston (Saltville, Virginia), who passed away on May 28, 2018, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Carter and Margaret Carter; and her brother Charlie Carter. She is survived by: her husband Curtis Hogston; her son Travis Hogston; her stepdaughters, Jody Hogston and Angie Hayden; her siblings, Tom Carter (Brenda), Judy Carter Gillespie, Lana Carter Atkins (Jim) and Janice Carter; her granddaughter Makayla Hogston; her stepgrandchildren, Ryan Davidson, Candace Campbell and Ashland Gobble; and her grandchildren, Scott Gullion and Sierra Gullion Blevins. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
