Judith Webb Franklin Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Webb Franklin (Saltville, Virginia), who passed away on March 10, 2018, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Henry and Helen Buchanan Webb; and her sister Billie Webb Coles. She is survived by: her husband Darrell "Ben" Franklin; her children, Scott Alexander Franklin (Rachel) of Panama City and Gretchen Reneé Franklin of Chilhowie, VA; her grandchild Ian Alexander Franklin Tylor; and her brothers, Michael Webb (Vicki) of Atlanta, Charles Webb (Susan) of Williamsburg and Several. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
