She was predeceased by: her parents, Ransie Samuels and Dolly Samuels; and her son James Michael Coulthard. She is survived by: her husband Jim Coulthard; her daughters, Cheryl Ann Doane (James) and Amy Beth Somervell (Jason); and her grandchildren, Ashley Chustz, Eric Somervell, Kortney Clear and Eric Doane. She is also survived by three brothers.
