It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Juanita Spradlin O'Quinn (Saltville, Virginia), who passed away on August 29, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Spradlin and Nancy Spradlin; her husband Wesley O'Quinn; her children, Douglas and Deborah O'Quinn; and her sister Betty Murray.

She is survived by: her sisters, Rita C. Pennington (Larry) of Whitetop, VA and Brenda S. Ashley of Marion, VA; her grandchildren, David, Gideon and Tasha; and her nieces, Melinda Lewis and Sandi Abbott of Ohio. She is also survived by several great grand-children.
