He was predeceased by: his parents, James Clark and Ruth O. Clark; and his daughter Karen Clark. He is survived by: his daughters, Kim Hayes (Greg) of Glade Spring, VA and Jackie Clark (Jason Altizer); his sister Sue Boardwine; his sister-in-law Judy Holmes; his grandchildren, Kelly Hayes (Mac) and Cameron Bare (Brooke); and his great grandchildren, Cash and Case Bare. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
