He is survived by: his wife Kitty Harris Tolley of Saltville; his son Evan Tolley (Angelyne) of Kingsport, TN; his granddaughter Haleigh Tolley; his sister Sandra Faye Druien (Ron); his father-in-law George Harris of Narrows, VA; his sister-in-law Kathy Arnold (David) of Saltville; his nephews, Scott Druien and Jason Tolley; and his niece Jennifer Druien.
