He is survived by: his wife Karen Testerman of Saltville, VA; his daughters, Chasity Inzeo of Abingdon, VA and Jamie Millsap (Jamie Millsap) of Saltville, VA; and his grandchildren, Ariel, Jasmine, Autumn, Francisco, Bella, Landyn, Maddox and Jackson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
