He is survived by: his wife Monica Lynn Minton; his children, Jessica Joyce Minton of Saltville, Robert William Minton of Johnson City, TN and Jerry Daniel Minton (Magen) of Saltville; his adoptive son Marc Austin of Asheville, NC.; and his siblings, Jamie Minton (Jerrie) of Saltville, Alvin Minton (Becki) of Saltville, Kenneth Minton, Jr., Michelle Sheppard (Billy) of Saltville and Dawn Minton of Saltville. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
