We are sad to announce that on March 19, 2022, at the age of 74, Jeffrey Allen Collins (Saltville, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Everette Collins and Vetra Collins; his brothers, Mike Collins (Donna) and Pat Collins; and his brothers-in-law, Johnny Renick and Mike Felty.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Barrett Collins; his children, Crystal Shepherd (John) and Dennis Collins; his grandsons, Jason Shepherd (Savannah) and Justin Shepherd (Megan); his great grandchildren, Jackson, Trevor, Scarlette and Ella; his siblings, Phil Collins (Treva), Justin Collins (Velma), Mel Perry (Bill), Bev Renick, Faye Norman (Jerry), Sheila Austin (Leonard) and Cindy Shortt (Dean); and his sisters-in-law, Sandy Felty (Frank), Rita Felty and Hazel Collins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
