He is survived by: his wife Tammy Haynes; his children, Angel Puckett (Erik), Michael Haynes and Jeremy Haynes (Ann); his granddaughters, Brianna, Kelsey, Ashley, Jayden, Addison and Leah; his great grandchild Ava; and his brother Thomas "Toby" Haynes (Terry). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
