She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Franklin and Judith Franklin. She is survived by: her children, Tylor Franklin (Alexandria) and Neila Keith (Robert Norris); her brothers, Scott Franklin (Rachel), Mark Franklin and John Franklin; her granddaughter Abie Davis Franklin; and her nephew Ian Franklin.
