He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Tolbert; his children, Wayne Tolbert, Rodney Tolbert (Jodi), Monica Jones (Darren) and Tammy Dinsmore (Allen); his siblings, Ed Tolbert (Eula), Willie Tolbert and Hazel Casey; his grandchildren, Landon Clevenger, Maddie Tolbert, Chelsi Jones, Jadon Dinsmore, Kayla Dinsmore, Courtney Roark and Patricia Waddell; his great grandchildren, Arianna, Asher, Aurora Jackson, Bently Michael and Gracelynn Waddell; and his sister-in-law Barbara Call.
