He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Talley and Vivian Talley; his wife Shirley Bays Talley; and his brother Charles "Pug" Talley. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Talley (Penny) of Saltville, VA and Vicki Talley of Elkhart, IN; his sister Dorothy "Dopy" King of Glade Spring, VA; and his grandchildren, Jason Talley, Cainen Talley-Fisher and Jenni McGettigan.
In lieu of flower memorial donations may be made to Saint Judes Childrens Hospital.
