It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Earlene Swartz (Saltville, Virginia), who passed away on October 23, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Earl Swartz, Sr. and Arvilla Allison Swartz. She is survived by: her siblings, William "Billy" E. Swartz, Jr. (Bobbi), Pam DeBord, Teena Jeffries and Sharon Jinks (Jim); and her nieces and nephews, Allison, Lindsay, Amanda, Trey, Andrew and Keith.
