He is survived by: his wife Marti Sykes Griffin of Saltville, VA; his son Jayson Griffin (Courtney) of Raleigh, NC; his grandchildren, Brier, Tyler, Jackson and Aubrey Griffin; and his close friend Betty Pennington. He is also survived by family; and numerous other friends.
