He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Moore and Georgia Orr Moore; his daughter Sherri Moore; and his siblings, W. C. "Shin", Robert, Bruce, Jerry, Willis, McHenry, Vance Moore and Ruth Carter.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Seymour Moore; his daughter Stephanie Moore (George) of Danielsville, GA; his sister Kathryn Bise; his grandsons, Wyly A. Pope of Georgia and Cason L. Pope (Sierra) of Georgia; and his siblings-in-law, Roger Seymour (Dixie), Brenda Powers (Neal) and Rebecca Seymour. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
