He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Heath; his children, David Heath, Daryl Heath, Diana Heath Haynes and Alicia Heath Younge; his grandchildren, Donovan Haynes, Heather Heath, Damon Heath, Katheryn Heath, Emma Heath and Dylan Haynes; his great grandchildren, Dominick Haynes and Darin Haynes; and his brother Jackie Heath.
