He is survived by: his wife Anita Collins of Saltville; his children, Angie Czumalowski (John) of Bristol, Hannah Olinger of Saltville, David Collins, Jr. of Saltville, Richard Collins of Saltville, Justin Olinger of Saltville, Jeremy Olinger of Saltville, Austin Olinger of Saltville and Jacob Olinger (Crystal) of Glade Spring; his sister Diane Harris of Saltville; and his close friend Rick Stumbo of Saltville. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
