Cook, Jr.); her stepgrandson Dr. Brett Cook (Leslie); her friends, LeAnne Christine Crabtree and Reed Crabtree; her caregivers, Missy Gregory and Marian Reenie; and also, Berkleigh, Addison and Beckett. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and special friends.
