He is survived by: his mother Patsy Jean Ratcliff; his sister Megan Ratcliff Ellis (Richard); his aunts, Peggy Ratcliff Kimberlin and Kathy Ratcliff O'Quinn; and his uncle Curtis Thomas Ratcliff. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and his special bird.
