It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Clifton Neal (Saltville, Virginia), who passed away on August 16, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude H. Neal and Minerva Bise Neal; and his brother Everett Neal. He is survived by: his brother Claude Neal (Carolyn) of Ijamsville, MD; his daughter Lacey Neal of Illinois; and his cousin Susie Hopkins. He is also survived by many cousins, and friends.
