He is survived by: his girlfriend Sonya Ruth Ray; his children, Madeline Jones of Maine, Autumn McElraft of Saltville, Austin Ray of Saltville, Aaron Ray of Saltville and Andrew Ray of Saltville; his aunts, Sue Brickey, Sandy Duncan (Don) and Nancy Roark; his nieces and nephews, David McElraft, Erik McElraft, Mathew McElraft, Allan Hayden, Chasity Jackson, Ashley Ray, Linda Hernandez and Jessie Hernandez; his extended family, Ester Ruth Hayden, Michelle Thompson, Virgie Hayden and Marvin Hayden, Jr.; and his close friend Nick Beck. He is also survived by several other great-nieces, nephews, and cousins.
