He is survived by: his children, Philip Harris, Scott, Brenda Harris, Chilhowie and Suzy Butler of Saltvillle; his grandchildren, Becki of Saltville, Alvin Minton of Saltville, Amy of Saltville, Derek Allison of Saltville and Brianna Butler of Saltville; his great grandchildren, Austin of Saltville, Will Minton of Saltville, Emma of Saltville and Case Allison of Saltville; and his siblings, Curtis and Nolavon O'Quinn of Saltville. He is also survived by several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.
