She is survived by: her husband Harmon Levi Puckett; her sister Marie Cacy; her children, John Puckett (Terry), Mark Puckett (Pam), Sam Puckett (Darlene) and Michelle McAllister (Don); and her grandchildren, Danny, Johnna, Bryan, Zak, Macaela, Katie, Whitney and Levi.
