She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosa Hickey and Dolfus Boardwine. She is survived by: her husband Lloyd William Collins; her children, Cheryl Sams (Dennis) of Bristol, VA, Beverly Shankel (Mike) of Bristol, VA, Mike Collins of Bristol, VA, Debbie Bogese of Prince George, VA, Joe Collins (Rebecca) of Martinsville, VA and Kenny Boardwine of Bristol, VA.; her brothers, Giles F Boardwine (Freda) and Bob Boardwine (Carolyn); and her sisters-in-law, Mazie Thompson and Jean Collins. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flower memorial donations may be made to the Midway Baptist Church.
