She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Kell and Dolly Gross Kell; her husband Henry M. Neal; her children, Charlie M. Neal (Sonny) and Evelyn Christine Puckett; her granddaughter Myra Gail Neal; and her siblings, Issac Kell, Walt Kell, Ella Mae Smith and Pat Wagoner.
She is survived by: her sons, Danny Neal (Sherry) of Saltville and David Neal (Donna) of Saltville; and her brother Edd Kell. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren.
