She is survived by: her children, Cindy Keesee, Charles Allen Chapman (Doris) and Richard Douglas Chapman; her sister Christine Puckett; her grandchildren, Rebecca Ann Chapman, Ashley Dawn Hancock and Jalynna Harman; and her great grandchildren, Aubrey Aker and Ethan Harman.
