She is survived by: her daughter Diane Branson Hawkins (Dale); her daughter-in-law Betty Gilbert; her siblings, Clayton Blaylock (Betty), Lula Blaylock, Betty Allison and Seba Nell Malcolm (Carl); her granddaughters, Kim Gardner (Johnny), Tabatha Jackson (Dale), Tina Blevins (Harry), Valerie Lewis (James) and Billie Hagar (Aaron); and her great grandchildren, Mindy Morris, Brandon Henderson, Shane Wilson, Alex Tolbert, Alicia Pierson, Zack Debusk, Sydney Griffey, Olivia Hagar, Josh Nutter, Ethan Blevins, Bo Jackson, Dusty Jackson, Kelsey Lewis and James David Lewis. She is also survived by thirteen great-great grandchildren; and also several nieces and nephews.
