He was predeceased by: his father-in-law Ted Mittelstetter; and his nephew Chris Mittelstetter. He is survived by: his wife Lori Mittelstetter Cummings; his parents, Calvin Cummings and Barbara Cummings; his brothers, C. L. Cummings and Jeff Cummings (Elaine); his mother-in-law Joyce Mittelstetter; and his siblings-in-law, Dawn Tooley, T. J. Mittelstetter and Toby Mittelstetter (Randi Cole). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
