Ronald Lee Jordan Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ronald Lee Jordan (Salem, Virginia), who passed away on February 5, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Frederick Jordan and Clara Jordan; and his siblings, Fred Jordan, Jr. (Rosemary), Joann and Shirley.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Jordan; his daughters, Debbie Giordano (Caudel Abbott) and Cheri Keller (George Keller); his granddaughters, Britney Giordano, Jessica Bohon, Kelsey Webber (Patrick Webber) and Rebecca Keller; his great grandchildren, Noah, Kendall, Aiden, Ryleigh, Liam, Samuel and Parker; and his sister Jackie (Darris). He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the John M. Oakey & Son Chapel - Main (305 Roanoke Blvd, Salem, VA 24153). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the West Salem Baptist Church (500 Turner Rd, Salem, VA 24153).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Good Samaritan Sheila Strauss Hospice House or West Salem Baptist Church in Ronald Jordan's memory.
