She was predeceased by: her parents, Dwight Hensel and Mary Jane Funk; her brother Dwight Funk, Jr.; and her daughter-in-law Stephanie Collins (Cameron "Bubba" Byrd). She is survived by: her husband Edwin Ray Gourley; her sons, Michael Collins and Corey Collins (Desiree); her grandchildren, Michaela, August and Lennix; and her siblings, Kathy Carr (Shannon), Mark Funk (Sherri) and Timmy Funk (Roxanne). She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Mullins Funeral Home (120 W Main St, Radford, VA 24141). A burial was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery (5550 Bagging Plant Rd, Dublin, VA 24084).
