She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson Robert and Eleanor Gilman Doggett; her grandparents, Suzie G. Gilman of Ashland and John G. Gilmond of Ashland; and her sister Carolyn Cromwell.
She is survived by: her children, Michelle Stverack (Richard), Catherine Davis and Kymberleigh Ricketts (John); her grandson Barrett Ricketts; her brothers, Gregory Doggett and Ronald Doggett; and her cousin Betty Lee Stanley. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the John M. Oakey & Son Chapel (305 Roanoke Blvd, Salem, VA 24153). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Paul's Episcopal Church (42 E Main St, Salem, VA 24153).
