She was predeceased by: her parents, John Helton and Frances Helton; her husband Frank West; her siblings, Jack, Paul, Jerry and Cara Sadie French; her siblings-in-law, Eura Banner, Esther West, Bobbie West, Mike French, Terry West, John William West, James Turner, Clyde Banner and Faye Helton; her daughter-in-law Jennifer West; and her nephew Jamie Turner.
She is survived by: her son Mark (Kathryn); her grandson John of Floyd, VA; her son David (Denise) of Huddleston, VA; her grandson Sam (Lisa); her stepgranddaughters, Leslie, Brittany, Kelly and Jenna; her great grandchildren, Chloe, Jackson and Katelyn; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Alice Turner of Salem, VA, Barbara Helton of Maryville, TN. and Louvenia Helton of Maryville, TN..
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Gardners' Funeral Home. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
