She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Tipton and Nellie Bell Jones DeHart; her husband Linwood D. "Bussy" Epperly, Sr.; her son David Allen Epperly; and her brothers, Jack L. DeHart, George R. DeHart, Walter Lee DeHart and Donald L. DeHart.

She is survived by: her son Dennis Epperly (Debbie); her granddaughters, Sara Noell (Evan) and Sidney Epperly (Jordan Wagoner); her great grandchildren, Audrey and Jack Noell; and her sister Betty Pence (Billy).
