He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Broughman and Margaret Broughman; and his siblings, Jerry Broughman and Charlotte Cash. He is survived by: his daughters, April Broughman and Natalie Rice (Bobby); his grandchildren, Kaitlin Brubaker (Riley), Jordan Rice (Andrea) and Nicholas Borchevsky; his great grandchildren, Nora and Emma Brubaker; and his brother Guy Broughman. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
