It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Berkeley Eary (Salem, Virginia), who passed away on February 15, 2025, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sgt. Charles Thomas and Joyce Darlene Halstead Eary. He is survived by: his significant other Virginia Finch; his daughters, Kayla N. Eary (Vijay), Courtney D. Eary Jobe and Cheyenne R. Eary (Steven); his grandchildren, Josiah Jobe, Elijah Jobe, Aubrie Wright, Christopher Nichols and Skylar Nichols (Chipmunk); his siblings, Edward Eary (Deborah) and Lora Muncy (Rex); his close friend Margo Wolfe; his sister Margo Wolfe; his brother-in-law Billy Law; his uncle Larry Gilpin; and his pets, Teddy and Stella.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the John M. Oakey & Son Chapel (305 Roanoke Blvd, Salem, VA 24153). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Sherwood Memorial Park (1250 E Main St, Salem, VA 24153).
