He was predeceased by: his father Donald J. Wells; his stepfather David Janke; and his grandparents, Ivan, Pearl Sheldon and Myra Wells.
He is survived by: his daughter Kristen Nicole Wells; his mother Virginia Wells Janke; his former wife Lisa Wells; his brother Bob; his sister-in-law Linda Wells; his sisters, Patricia Wells and Donna Amos (Lewis); his mother-in-law Barbara S. Waldron; and his brothers-in-law, Steve, Ron and David Stultz. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
