He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Petrey and Gracie Petrey; and his brothers, Cecil Jr., Tommy, Jerry, Bobby and Eddie Petrey.
He is survived by: his wife Angela Petrey; his sons, Andrew Petrey and Josh Petrey of Pennington Gap, VA; his siblings, Ricky Petrey (Angela) of Pennington Gap, VA, Ronnie Petrey (Rachel) of Jonesville, VA and Sue Hicks (Max) of Woodway, VA; and his sister-in-law Karen Petrey of St. Charles, VA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
