He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Musick and Virgie Musick; and his siblings, Eugene, Ralph, James, Norman, Norma Jean Musick, Hazel Stewart and Dorothy Musick.
He is survived by: his wife Dovie Musick; his children, Johnny Musick, Jimmy Musick (Christina), Lisa Nimety (Phil) and Teresa Littlefield; and his sisters, Barbara Lewis and Faye Hall. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.
