He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Toomey; his parent John Toomey; his siblings, Thelma Mullins, Gladys Blankenship, Beatrice Fleenor, Sue Alsup, Clarence Wells, Billy Toomey, Jack Toomey, Stanley Toomey, Raymond Toomey and George Toomey; and also Sarah Toomey.
He is survived by: his daughter Audrey Deirth (Jerry) of St. Charles, VA; his grandchildren, Alicia Deirth and Jarrod Deirth; and his great grandchild Paxton Wilson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
