He is survived by: his siblings, Martha Jessee of Pennington Gap, VA, Shannon Maddle of St. Charles, VA, Jackie Cantrell (Donald) of Wise, VA, Jerry Maddle of St. Charles, VA and Sonny Maddle of Pennington Gap, VA; and his niece Jayla Ballard. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many friends.
